Epileptology

Headache

At SWBMG, our physicians in the Headache Service line take a comprehensive, personalized approach to patient care, creating treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs. We offer a wide range of treatment options, including:

For chronic migraines, occipital and supraorbital nerve blocks, SPG blocks, and trigger point injections are among the treatments we provide. Additionally, we offer Botulinum Toxin (Botox) injections as a therapeutic option. To further support migraine management, we prescribe devices for both acute and preventive treatments, including Cefaly, Relivion, eNeura, and gammaCore.

Vascular Neurology and Neurocritical Care
