Developmental Pediatrics

At CPMC’s Child Development Center, our SWBMG Pediatrics Developmental and Behavioral physician(s) develop customized treatment plans for children encountering developmental challenges, whether they are physical, cognitive, emotional, or social in nature. Our focus is on assessing and supporting children who are at risk of or experiencing developmental delays and disorders (such as ADHD or Autism).

Our treatment plans involve working closely with families and primary care providers to identify and apply strategies for various issues, including access to services, attention challenges, and academic performance. We also utilize traditional methods such as:
• Therapy (with psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists)
• Educational support
• Connecting families to valuable community resources.

Pediatric Opthalmology

Our SWBMG physicians specialize in evaluating and treating eye conditions in children, from common issues like nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism to rare and complex disorders. Focused exclusively on pediatric eye care, our team addresses the unique needs of children of all ages, including infants who cannot yet express their vision concerns and older children requiring their first pair of glasses.
